From box to label in a few minutes

The same three steps whether you ship one parcel a week or two hundred a day.

  1. Measure the box

Weight and size set the price. Save the boxes you use most and the next label takes seconds.

  2. Pick a price

Every service with its delivery date. The cheapest and the fastest are marked.

  3. Print and hand it off

Print on a 4 × 6 thermal printer or plain paper. Tracking updates appear in your dashboard as the parcel moves.

See the carrier’s numbers before you pay

Carriers re-measure parcels at their depots. When their figures change the price, we post the adjustment with their measurements and wait three days before charging your card.

If the figures look wrong, dispute it in one click. The charge waits until we have checked.

Common questions

More in the help centre.

Which carriers can I use?

UniUni, Purolator, UPS and FedEx, for parcels shipped within Canada. Every quote shows the services each one offers on your route.

Do I need a thermal printer?

No. Every label comes as a 4 × 6 PDF for thermal printers and as a letter-size PDF you can print on any printer, cut out and tape on.

What happens if a carrier re-measures my parcel?

We post an adjustment with the carrier's weight and size next to yours, email you, and charge the saved card three days later. Dispute it before then and the charge waits until we have checked the carrier's evidence.

Can I cancel a label?

Yes. Void any label the carrier hasn't scanned within 28 days of buying it, and the full amount, tax included, goes back to the card you paid with.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

UniUni, Purolator, UPS and FedEx deliver to street addresses only. Ask your customer for a street address, or send that order with Canada Post.

How is sales tax charged?

GST, HST or QST is added at checkout, based on the province the parcel ships from, and shown on every receipt.
